Funds raised at this event will be used to support Midwest Youth Choir 2024 programs including tuition assistance and purchasing supplies. Students in the choir are offered a number of discounts so donations and other fundraisers like this are necessary to make the weekly choir classes possible. The choir director, piano accompaniment and part-time staff are all paid for their time. The choir also participates in a number of community performances like the Summer Serenades, which incur additional travel and food costs.
